Donations will help NCHP accomplish the following:
- Provide education and support to empower diverse, at-risk and underserved U.S. populations
- Collaborate with community stakeholders in adapting scientific research to address local health needs
- Develop innovative strategies to improve population health
- Design and implement programs that are culturally and linguistically appropriate
