Navy Veteran Larry Schneider became the latest in a line of SSVF success stories.

With the cooperation of partnering agencies, Community Action Human Resources Agency (CAHRA) and the HOHP agency for Veterans and Military Families, National Community Health Partner's (NCHP) Housing for Heroes program helped Mr. Schneider obtain a job with Republic Plastics, acquire permanent housing, get a cell phone and an Arizona driver's license.

NCHP would like to thank CAHRA and HOHP for their hard work and assistance and congratulate Mr. Schneider for his hard work and achieving his goals.
